Who We Serve

Individuals who are living with a life threatening illness, have a prognosis of nine months or less, or are bereaved family members, and live in our service area. We service the area from Steeles Avenue to the Toronto Islands between Victoria Park and the Humber River (with the exception of the old City of York).

Our services are FREE and we provide them to all people regardless of socio-economic status or the community to which they belong.
